I have worked for many years practicing and training working with energies, long before I had my first reiki attunement. Working with energies always felt natural and familiar since i was a kid. Working to bend energies help to develop skills such as heal, manifest, and work with psychic energies for messages and seeing beyond the concrete. Remembering that not only this life but many lives before as always been involved with the metaphysical and/or spiritual realm.
